Since the year 2008 Wojciech Kowalczuk has collaborated with companies involved among others in the commercial real estate industry, retail, agricultural, insurance, manufacturing, international trading, logistics, asset managers and investment funds managing various classes of assets, such as office centers, shopping facilities, and logistic centers, wood trade and production, .

Wojciech Kowalczuk provides legal services primarily to foreign companies trading with Polish entities or conducting business operations in Poland. He advises on and handles the following matters like establishment, transformation, mergers, and liquidation of companies. Additionally, he assists in disputes over debt recovery for manufacturing, trade, commercial, and construction companies. He also provides advice on various issues related to competition law, employment law, transport, corporate law, real estate, and M&A matters.
 

He graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Gdańsk. He completed his attorney's apprenticeship and postgraduate studies in the field of commercial company law at Warsaw University.

Wojciech Kowalczuk is a co-author of a series of handbooks in the field of  real estate, construction law and corporate matters of commercial companies.

Main areas of practice: advice on the establishment and liquidation of companies, drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements, renewable energy projects, dispute resolution regarding business activities, representation before the courts and authorities.
