Since 2008, Wojciech Kowalczuk has worked with companies operating in sectors such as commercial real estate, retail, agriculture, insurance, manufacturing, international trade, and logistics, as well as with asset managers and investment funds managing a wide range of assets, including office centres, shopping facilities, logistics hubs, timber trade and production, as well as renewable energy sector.

Wojciech Kowalczuk primarily advises foreign companies trading with Polish entities or conducting business operations in Poland. His practice covers the establishment, transformation, mergers, and liquidation of companies. He also represents clients in debt recovery disputes in the manufacturing, trade, commercial, and construction sectors. In addition, he advises on a wide range of issues related to competition law, employment law, transport, corporate law, real estate, and M&A.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Gdańsk and completed his attorney apprenticeship as well as postgraduate studies in commercial company law at the University of Warsaw. He is admitted as an attorney-at-law.

Wojciech Kowalczuk is the co-author of a series of handbooks on real estate, construction law, and corporate matters relating to commercial companies.

Main areas of practice include: company formation and corporate advisory, employment law, commercial contracts, renewable energy projects, business dispute resolution, and representation before courts and public authorities
